Frivolous or vexatious appeal

534A Frivolous or vexatious appeal

(1) The tribunal may dismiss the appeal if the tribunal is satisfied the appeal is frivolous or vexatious.
(2) The tribunal may dismiss an appeal under this section without a hearing.
