MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 549

549 Who may appeal

The following persons may appeal to the Court of Appeal against a decision of the Mental Health Court on a reference in relation to a person—

(a) the person;

(b) the Attorney-General;

(c) the chief psychiatrist;

(d) the director of forensic disability.
