553 Purpose of ch 14

This purpose of this chapter is to provide for—

(a) the appointment of inspectors; and

(b) the functions and powers of inspectors in relation to—

(i) investigating, monitoring and enforcing compliance with this Act; and

(ii) investigating a matter under chapter 10 , part 4 .
