(1) This section applies if a proceeding is suspended under section 616 (2) or (3) .
(2) As soon as practicable after the proceeding is suspended, the chief psychiatrist must give written notice to the chief executive (justice) of the suspension.
(3) As soon as practicable after receiving a notice under subsection (2) , the chief executive (justice) must give each of the following a copy of the notice—(a) the registrar of the court in which the proceeding for the offence has been brought;(b) the prosecuting authority for the offence;(c) if the person is a minor—the chief executive (youth justice).
