Conditions of appointment
653 Conditions of appointment
(1) An assisting clinician is entitled to be
paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
(2)
An assisting clinician holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided
for under this Act, decided by the Governor in Council.
