MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 656
Mental Health Court Registry
656 Mental Health Court Registry
(1) There is a Mental Health Court
Registry.
(2) The registry consists of— (a) the registrar; and
(b) the
other staff necessary for the Mental Health Court to exercise its
jurisdiction.
(3) The registrar and other staff are to be employed under the
Public Sector Act 2022 .
