(1) The registrar must give each of the following persons written notice of the hearing of a review of a person’s detention in a relevant service—(a) the person who is detained in the relevant service;(b) if the person is not the applicant—the applicant;(c) the administrator of the relevant service;(d) if the relevant service is an authorised mental health service—the chief psychiatrist;(e) if the relevant service is the forensic disability service—the director of forensic disability;(f) the Attorney-General.
(2) The notice must be given at least 7 days before the hearing.
(3) The notice must state the following—(a) the time and place of the hearing;(b) the nature of the hearing;(c) the person’s rights at the hearing.
