Particular advice of assisting clinician to be stated in reasons for decision
689 Particular advice of assisting clinician to be stated in reasons for
decision
(1) This section applies if the Mental Health Court is satisfied
advice given by an assisting clinician to the court materially contributed to
the court’s decision in a proceeding.
(2) The court must state the advice
in the court’s reasons for its decision.
