MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 692

692 Court may sit and adjourn hearing

The Mental Health Court may, subject to the court rules—

(a) sit at any time and in any place for the hearing of a proceeding; and

(b) adjourn the hearing of a proceeding to any time and place.
