MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 695
Hearing about minor not open to public
695 Hearing about minor not open to public
(1) This section applies if a
minor is the subject of a proceeding in the Mental Health Court.
(2) The
hearing of the proceeding is not open to the public.
(3) However, the court
may permit a person to be present during the hearing if the court is satisfied
it is in the interests of justice.
