Directions about practice
700 Directions about practice
(1) Subject to this Act and the court rules,
the practice and procedure of the Mental Health Court are as directed by the
president.
(2) If this Act or the rules do not provide or sufficiently
provide for a particular matter, an application for directions may be made to
the president.
