Duration of appointment
708 Duration of appointment
(1) The president holds office for the term, of
not more than 5 years, stated in the president’s instrument of appointment.
(2) The deputy president or another member holds office for the term, of not
more than 3 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment.
