(1) Nothing in this chapter prevents the tribunal hearing different proceedings under this Act that relate to the same person at the same time.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the tribunal may conduct the hearings of more than 1 review under chapter 12 that relate to the same person at the same time.Examples of hearing more than 1 review at the same time—• hearing an applicant review of a forensic order for a person at the same time as a periodic review of the forensic order for the person• hearing a periodic review of a forensic order for a person at the same time as a review of the person’s fitness for trial
(3) In deciding whether to conduct more than 1 hearing for the same person at the same time, the tribunal must have regard to whether it is in the person’s best interests to do so.
