Directions about practice
769 Directions about practice
(1) Subject to this Act and the tribunal
rules, the practice and procedure of the tribunal are as directed by the
president.
(2) If this Act or the rules do not provide or sufficiently
provide for a particular matter, an application for directions may be made to
the president.
