MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 774

774 Annual report
(1) Within 90 days after the end of each financial year,
the president must prepare and give the Minister a report on the tribunal’s
operations during the year.
(2) The Minister must table a copy of the report
in the Legislative Assembly within 14 days after the day the Minister receives
it.
