805 Assessment documents
(1) A request for assessment in force under the
repealed Act immediately before the commencement stops having effect on the
commencement.
(2) A recommendation for assessment in force under the repealed
Act immediately before the commencement— (a) is taken to be a recommendation
for assessment under the new Act; and
(b) remains in force for 7 days after
it was made under the repealed Act.
