818 Limited community treatment

(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, limited community treatment was authorised for a patient by an authorised doctor under the repealed Act, section 129 or 131.

(2) The limited community treatment is taken to have been authorised under the new Act, chapter 7.

(3) If the limited community treatment was authorised under the repealed Act, section 129 or 131 subject to conditions, the conditions are taken to have been imposed under the new Act, chapter 7.
