Emergency electroconvulsive therapy
821 Emergency electroconvulsive therapy
(1) This section applies if,
immediately before the commencement, a certificate under the repealed Act,
section 140 for emergency electroconvulsive therapy was in force.
(2) The
certificate is taken to have been given under the new Act, section 237(3).
