(1) This section applies to any of the following decisions made by the tribunal before the commencement—(a) a decision under the repealed Act, section 212 about a person’s fitness for trial;(b) a decision under the repealed Act, section 233 to approve—(i) an application for approval to administer electroconvulsive therapy on a person; or(ii) an application for approval to perform psychosurgery that is a non-ablative neurosurgical procedure.
(2) The decision continues in effect and is not affected by the commencement of the new Act.
