Appeal against Mental Health Court’s decision
835 Appeal against Mental Health Court’s decision
(1) An appeal against a
decision of the Mental Health Court on the reference may be started under the
repealed Act, chapter 8, part 2.
(2) The Court of Appeal may hear and decide
the appeal under the repealed Act as if the new Act had not commenced.
