Forensic information orders
845 Forensic information orders
(1) This section applies if, immediately
before the commencement, a person was entitled to receive information for a
patient under a forensic information order under the repealed Act.
(2) The
person is taken to be entitled to receive the information mentioned in the new
Act, schedule 1 under an information notice under the new Act.
