Classified patient information orders
846 Classified patient information orders
(1) This section applies if,
immediately before the commencement, a person was entitled to receive
information for a patient under a classified patient information order under
the repealed Act.
(2) The information may continue to be disclosed to the
person for the purposes of the new Act, chapter 17.
