MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 858

858 Suspended proceedings

(1) This section applies to a proceeding for an offence if, immediately before the commencement, the proceeding was suspended under the repealed Act.

(2) The suspension ends in accordance with the new Act.
