MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2016 - SECT 861

861 Annual reports

(1) This section applies if a person was required to give a report under the repealed Act, section 435, 487 or 494 (each a
"previous section" ) and the report has not been given before the commencement.

(2) The person is not required to give the report.

(3) If, under subsection (2), the person does not give the report, the first report given under a provision of the new Act that corresponds to the previous section must include the matters that would have been required to be included in the report under the previous section.
