"psychiatrist report" , about a person in relation to a charge of a serious
offence, means a report prepared by an authorised psychiatrist stating whether
the authorised psychiatrist considers the person—
(a) may have been of unsound mind when the serious offence was allegedly committed; or
(b) may be unfit for trial.
