(1) This part applies to a person charged with a serious offence, other than an offence against a law of the Commonwealth, who, at the time of the alleged commission of the offence or any time after the alleged commission of the offence but before a court makes a final decision in the proceeding for the offence, is subject to—(a) a treatment authority; or(b) a forensic order under which a stated authorised mental health service is responsible for the person; or(c) a treatment support order.
(2) For subsection (1) , it is immaterial if the authority or order is revoked before the court makes a final decision in the proceeding for the offence.
