MANUFACTURED HOMES (RESIDENTIAL PARKS) ACT 2003 - SECT 112
Mediation agreements
(1) This section applies if the parties to a residential park dispute reach a
mediated agreement on the dispute.
(2) The mediator must record the agreement
(the
"mediation agreement" ) in writing and have it signed by or for the parties.
