MANUFACTURED HOMES (RESIDENTIAL PARKS) ACT 2003 - SECT 139A
Record of residential parks
(1) The chief executive may keep a record of residential parks that contain
manufactured homes.
(2) The record must contain the information about
residential parks given to the chief executive under section 139C .
(3) The
chief executive may keep the record in the way the chief executive considers
appropriate, including, for example, in electronic form.
