MANUFACTURED HOMES (RESIDENTIAL PARKS) ACT 2003 - SECT 139B
Inspecting record of residential parks
(1) A person may, on payment of any fee that may be prescribed under a
regulation, inspect, or get a copy of details in, the record— (a) at a place
or places decided by the chief executive; or
(b) by using a computer.
(2)
The chief executive may publish information contained in the record at the
times, and in the way, decided by the chief executive.
