MANUFACTURED HOMES (RESIDENTIAL PARKS) ACT 2003 - SECT 145
Review of Act
145 Review of Act
(1) The Minister must, within 3 years after the commencement of this section,
start a review of this Act to ensure it is adequately meeting community
expectations and its provisions remain appropriate.
(2) The Minister must, as
soon as practicable after the review is finished, table a report of the
outcome of the review in the Legislative Assembly.
