MANUFACTURED HOMES (RESIDENTIAL PARKS) ACT 2003 - SECT 99
Separate payment by home owner for use of utility at site
99 Separate payment by home owner for use of utility at site
(1) This section applies if, under a site agreement, the home owner is
required to pay the park owner for the use by the home owner of a utility at
the site.
(2) The home owner may be required to pay for the use only if the
use is separately measured or metered.
