NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 1992 - SECT 53
Application of division
53 Application of division
(1) This division applies if a person seeks, under section 34 , 35 , 38 , 43F
or 43G (1) , an interest in relation to land in a protected area.
(2) This
division applies despite any other Act under which the interest is to be
created.
