PEACEFUL ASSEMBLY ACT 1992 - SECT 7

7 Authorised public assembly

A public assembly is an authorised public assembly if—

(a) notice of intention to hold the assembly has been given under section 8 ; and

(b) the notice complies with section 9 ; and

(c) the assembly is taken to have been approved under section 10 .
