Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA certificate or report purporting to be signed by an appropriately qualified person and stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—
(a) the person’s qualifications;
(b) the person took, or received from a stated person, a stated sample;
(c) the person analysed the sample on a stated day, or during a stated period, and at a stated place;
(d) the results of the analysis.
