211 Transitional provision for the Sexual Offences (Protection of Children)
Amendment Act 2003
Section 9 as amended by the Sexual Offences (Protection of Children) Amendment
Act 2003 , section 28 , applies to the sentencing of an offender whether the
offence or conviction happened before or after the commencement of that
section.
