PENALTIES AND SENTENCES ACT 1992 - SECT 33AA

33AA Application of division

This division applies if—

(a) a court makes an order under section 19 (1) (b) , 24 (1) (b) , 30 (1) (a) , 31 or 32 (1) that an offender be released if the offender enters into a recognisance (the
"original order" ); and

(b) the offender leaves the precincts of the court without entering into the recognisance.
