Time for lodging notice
82 Time for lodging notice
(1) The amendment of section 9(3)(b) by the Justice and Other Legislation
Amendment Act 2003 apply to claims that arose before the commencement of the
amendment.
(2) The amendment of section 9A(4)(b) by the Justice and Other
Legislation Amendment Act 2003 apply to claims that arose after 9 April 2003.
