POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 1998 - SECT 115

115 Declaration about commencement of power

The court may make a declaration that—

(a) a power, under a power of attorney, enduring power of attorney or advance health directive, has begun; or

(b) the principal has impaired capacity for a matter or all matters.
