POLICE POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ACT 2000 - SECT 72
Punishment under this chapter is in addition to other punishment for the same offence
72 Punishment under this chapter is in addition to other punishment for the
same offence
The impounding, immobilisation or forfeiture of a motor vehicle
or the imposition of community service on a person under this chapter arising
out of the commission of a prescribed offence is in addition to any other
penalty that may be imposed on the person for the prescribed offence.
