Member resigns—finishing proceedings
194B Member resigns—finishing proceedings
(1) This section applies if a member resigns under this part.
(2) If the
member starts the hearing of a proceeding before the member resigns, the
member is taken to be a member after the resignation for the purposes of
finishing the proceeding.
