Regulation-making power
242 Regulation-making power
(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
(2) Without
limiting subsection (1) , a regulation made under this Act may— (a)
prescribe fees payable under this Act; or
(b) provide for the form of an oath
and how it is to be administered.
