RETAIL SHOP LEASES ACT 1994 - SECT 118
Delegations
118 Delegations
(1) The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to an
appropriately qualified public service officer.
(2) The chief executive may
delegate the chief executive’s functions or powers under this Act to an
appropriately qualified public service officer.
