RETAIL SHOP LEASES ACT 1994 - SECT 121

121 Regulation-making power

(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.

(2) A regulation may be made about—

(a) the fees payable under this Act; and

(b) the practices and procedures of the mediation process.

(3) A regulation may create offences and prescribe penalties of not more than 50 penalty units for the offences.
