RETAIL SHOP LEASES ACT 1994 - SECT 122
Review of Act
122 Review of Act
(1) The Minister must carry out reviews of the operation of this Act to decide
whether its provisions remain appropriate.
(2) Each review must be carried
out within 7 years after the previous review.
(3) The Minister must prepare a
report on each review and table a copy of the report in the Legislative
Assembly as soon as practicable after it is prepared.
