Lessee’s liability for costs associated with preparation of lease before commencement
150 Lessee’s liability for costs associated with preparation of lease before
commencement
New section 48 (3) applies to a retail shop lease, or a proposed
retail shop lease, whether or not the lessee and lessor, or prospective lessee
and lessor, enter into the lease.
