RETAIL SHOP LEASES ACT 1994 - SECT 31

31 Requirements of determination

(1) The specialist retail valuer’s determination of the current market rent must—

(a) be in writing; and

(b) identify the location of the leased shop; and

(c) state the matters taken into consideration in making the determination; and

(d) state detailed reasons for the determination.

(2) The determination must also state—

(a) whether the current market rent includes GST; and

(b) if the rent includes GST, the GST amount.
