RETAIL SHOP LEASES ACT 1994 - SECT 60
Mediator may allow interested person to take part in mediation conference
60 Mediator may allow interested person to take part in mediation conference
(1) The mediator may allow a person to take part in the mediation conference
if— (a) the mediator is satisfied the person has an interest in the
resolution of the retail tenancy dispute; and
(b) each of the other parties
to the dispute consents.
(2) However, the person does not become a party to
the dispute.
