61A Notifying outcome of mediation

The mediator must, as soon as practicable after the mediation ends—

(a) give each party to the retail tenancy dispute—

(i) if the parties have entered into a mediation agreement under section 61 —a copy of the signed mediation agreement; or

(ii) otherwise—a notice about the outcome of the mediation; and

(b) notify the commissioner of the outcome of the mediation.
