No official record of mediation conference
62 No official record of mediation conference
(1) A person must not make an official record of anything said at a mediation
conference. Penalty— Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2)
However, the mediator may make notes of the mediation conference the mediator
considers appropriate.
