RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AND ROOMING ACCOMMODATION ACT 2008 - SECT 79
Period provider or provider’s agent must keep agreement
79 Period provider or provider’s agent must keep agreement
(1) The provider or provider’s agent must keep a copy of the agreement
prepared for section 77 for a period of 1 year after the term of agreement
ends. Penalty— Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2) Subsection
(1) applies whether or not the agreement has been signed by all the parties to
the agreement.
